Others have already mentioned Rob's attention to detail, and I got see it firsthand when we had a hot water leak in our slab. He rerouted the pipe, just dealing with the specific issue instead of trying to sell us on a full repipe like another firm we had talked to. Very responsive, conscientious, and cleans up after himself. After he finished the repair I mentioned there were a couple of other issues I'd like him to look at so he offered to walk the house with me. In general his approach is if it ain't broke, don't fix it... he was not trying to sell me stuff just to get the bill up. We will definitely be calling him again.
So yesterday the Gas Company decided to come to my neighborhood and look for possible leaks. They found an extremely small leak on my meter and shut off my gas at 6:00 at night. I called Rob and he came over first thing this morning, got it fixed in a couple hours, charged my a very fair price and now I have hot water again. I will definitely call Rob in the future.
